In the winter of 2010, award winning artists’ Vivian Tserotas and Brenda Morris co-founded the Art Gallery of Lambeth in a quaint little village in London known as Lovely Lambeth. The space hosts a small gallery and a working/teaching studio. The gallery exhibits both Vivian and Brenda’s art work along with other local artists work. Vivian, a high school art teacher, has become a well known for her unique and vibrant textile art and fused glass works while Brenda exhibits her wildlife paintings and beautiful landscapes.
The gallery is constantly changing and regular visits will always inspire you. At any visit you will also witness Vivian and Berenda either creating or teaching. You are always welcome to come and marvel at the magic that swirls around Vivian’s sewing machine or Brenda’s paintbrush.
Promoting the arts is a priority and having a teacher on board Vivian insures that arts education is equally promoted. In 2012 Vivian Tserotas and Brenda Morris started arts programing for adults and children.
In 2012 the AGL was the first to introduce London to Paint Nights. They are coined London’s Original Paint Night.
They are well known for the quality of the events. They have perfected the events so that everyone has a great time and goes home with a successful master piece-guaranteed!
The AGL Studio now expanded their programs to include a variety of events, and art workshops for adults and children’s art programs. The studio is set up for fused glass, clay, felting, printmaking along with the traditional drawing and painting classes and workshops. See a full list of classes here.
