Cancellations & Refunds for Programs

We kindly ask that you preregister for classes by completing payment to guarantee your spot, as seating is limited.

Class Cancellations by The AGL Studio
If The AGL Studio cancels a class, you will receive a full 100% refund.

Cancellations by Participants
If you are unable to attend a class due to unforeseen circumstances, your payment is not lost. By providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the class, we will issue you a credit that can be applied toward any future class or workshop with the same instructor. However, if you miss a class without notifying us, no refund or credit will be provided. No exceptions.

Rescheduling Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event that we must reschedule a class due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to accommodate new dates for the class. If a suitable date cannot be arranged, you will still receive a full credit to use toward a future class with that instructor.
